Politics In Education And Employment ~ Dr. H. S. Swadhin Kumar Pal

Rating: 5.0

In halls of learning, voices fade away,
While power and promises brightly sway,
The youth now wander through uncertain light,
Still searching paths to make their future bright.

Degrees are rising like the morning sun,
Yet jobs grow fewer when the race is run,
The chains of favor often block the gate,
And dreams are left to struggle against fate.

But every challenge carries hidden flame,
To rise with wisdom, effort, and good name,
Let knowledge be the sword that breaks despair,
And honest labor build a future fair.

O youth, decide with courage in your soul,
Not wealth alone should stand as life's true goal,
Turn fate through unity, through skill and care,
And make hopeful livelihoods for all to share.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The poem "Politics in Education and Employment" highlights the growing influence of politics, favoritism, and unequal opportunities in the fields of education and jobs, which often leave young people confused and discouraged about their future. It explains how degrees alone are no longer enough to guarantee employment, as many youths face competition, corruption, and uncertainty in society. However, the poem also carries a hopeful message by encouraging the younger generation to overcome these challenges through knowledge, honesty, skill, unity, and hard work. It inspires them to take responsibility for shaping their own destiny and to create opportunities not only for themselves but also for the welfare and livelihood of many others in society.
