Love is like a bird flying through the air
A guy attracted to a girl with flair
Is there even a chance for the rest of us?
I really doubt it, I must confess
It’s always the popular girl that gets the guy
While the rest of us just weep and cry
We are told we will find true love one day
But that, it think, is very cliché
But I broke the rules, unpopular and all
I found the guy, and I stood tall
But the love didn’t last for the longest time
Being that rude should be a crime
All guys are not what they pretend to be
It just takes a strong girl to see
Why you were stupid, and made me cry
You stopped, then just passed me by
I thought you loved me for who I was
Now I found out it was just “‘cause”
I thought we would be together, forever and on
You were here, then suddenly gone
I thought I loved you, but it turns out I was wrong
We were weak when i thought we were strong
I wish I could never see your face again
I thought we were the best couple to reign
But you told your friends something else
Towards me your feelings were false
Luckily my friends were honest with me
They told me what you said, so i could see
How bad you acted and talked to me
And that we were just not meant to be
End of story, time and place
Go and fill someone else’s space
