Portal Poem by Cyriac Maliakkal

Portal

She leapt with pleasure gleaned her
Hilarity from her wistful face.
It was the time of her mellifluous
Days.
Songs of kudos:
An emeritus from her painful past.
Fragrance of humanity had arisen
There.
Hailed from a far fetched hand,
It did over shine her quagmire heart.
Her shabby contour had gone.

Pruned her rampant life,
Extricated her sacrifice
She waft as a woman and mother
By whom she had inspired to
Live.
How charismatic it is! .
