Practice And Exposure
At a cost, one can't try ignorance-
For a sound mind in a sound body
Good food and thoughts one needs.
Each one of us is fed up-
Of junk food and bad thoughts
Resulting into a sick mind and body.
Strong and powerful if you carry on
Staying on track pious and positive
With a constant practice and exposure.
