Pray For That Land Poem by Nida Sofi

Pray For That Land

Rating: 5.0

You whisper a word and there one dies
You laugh in your space and there a soul cries,
A mother is losing her little darling son
A son is agonized to see her beloved mother dying,
They are not sure of tomorrow mornings
And we continue to live as blind,
Young and soft skins are getting buried
Can't anyone listen their screams,
The pain of seeing a little girl kissing her dead sister
The pain of seeing little superman burning grey,
Here I can do nothing except praying
We all pray for Gaza, the land in pain.
