Pressed Petals Poem by Kurt Hearth

Pressed Petals

Rating: 5.0

Pressed between diary's private pages.
Blossoms from one lover giv'n.
A promise made so long ago.
Sealed with blush from ruby lips.

Fragile petals hidden away.
Hold memories of love so true.
Love once spoken whisper soft.
Grown in strength with passing time.

Hold well your secret, delicate bloom.
Release, recharge lover's memorys' magic.
Each time the diary is reopened,
when your petals are caressed.

A wonderfully nostalgic write, I love the way the story still holds a secret...a delightfully composed piece Kurt. Justine
