Pretender Poem by Amber Muir

Pretender

Rating: 5.0

Fake smile, like makeup you wear it.

It's easier to pretened, but the pretend isn't real.

Cover-up on your wrist, the scares wont fade.

I see the cracks in your image, the holes glue won't fix.

Head held so high, can you hear me down hear?
All I do is scream..

You're attention's what I need.
But don't worry I have you.
You can't hide from yourself.
