"Pride"

As time goes by friendship faded
while pride dug a hole,
the deeper it dug;
the more friends we've lost.
When looking back everyone seem our friends then;
now almost all strangers.
A friend once appeared priceless now seems worthless.
Our egotism and unkind heart distant ourselves from our loved ones;
Our ego has intoxicated our friendship and barricaded mankind with hostile
Friends, in the name of love, let us all unite and form a better soul mate.
Pride will never be the answer,
for humanity and humbleness will always win.
