Prince Poem by Jeannette Heywood

Prince

Rating: 5.0

Purple Rain is the refrain that always drags me from pain.
More than Doves shall Cry, alongside I.
Drive by Signs of the Times in a Little Red Corvette.
The Paisley Park Prince, I will never forget.
As I reminisce, I will blow you a Kiss.
No black will be worn, when I mourn you today.
I'll dress in Purple, collar to toe, topped by my Raspberry Beret.
