Prince Poem by Michael Moorcroft

Prince

I wished to a be prince,
Though this dream has faded since.

I’d grab the blue bath jug,
And began to mix upon my rug,
Shampoo, Showergel and lotion,
When combined would make a potion.

This then would be drunk,
And my dreams would be sunk,
As after drinking this concoction
Royalty no longer an option.

I wished to be a prince,
Though this dream has faded since…..
