Prison Interviews Poem by Mario Colombo

Prison Interviews

A smug cocky prick comes in the room
Suit and tie so he looks important
He starts questioning me about my crimes that the public finds abhorrent
What crimes? I ask him in a polite tone with a smile on my face
He said cut the act you're a guilty man and I'm on your case
I'm not the talking type I don't run my mouth to the news
Or expose all the things I do
I'm just an innocent dude
They got me in this prison cell unjustly
Yea unjustly I tell you
Who are you to judge me? You are the reason I am in this room
Doing these prison interviews
I wanna knock you out and beat you till you're black and blue
You greedy pricks
You sick people
So quick to throw around the word evil
What is evil? You have all been evil to me
You cut me off at my knees
Now I am just an outlaw in these streets
Living the life I live
I kid and I kid
