Prisoner Of Life Poem by Raniyal Niyada

Prisoner Of Life

handcuffed she is
bound by the chains of society
she can neither move to either sides
she twisted and turns
cries of oppression, ranging high...
it fells on deaf ears...
painting her life black and white
lost the colors of her own life...
her anguish souls cries out for help
she dont want a knight in shining armour
all she needs is a real man to free her..
And the man in her life
leaves her not for what she likes
an easy target she is...
He pries her...
Let she be my slave to please me
is all that runs through his mind...
Like a bird in the cage
like a prisoner in the cuff...
she is bound by her own making...
Lost her freedoms, lost her jolly
forever is her life dull...
Like the marsh, The more she
tries to escape the deeper she gets...
