An Abrupt Cry! Poem by Raniyal Niyada

An Abrupt Cry!

Soaked in the tears of angels,
On the clumpy road I walk.
Ravens flies over head.
The vultures awaits the dead.
Darkened shadows fall on the land.
Darkening all that way to the core.
Blackness of misery,
Envelops me...
The pain crushes the bones!
Twisting the veins in twister!
A death-blow did fate handle,
Right on the head it seem!
Love was not fan of mine,
In all the time of life.
Losing them before I could love.
Tears flushes every once in a while.
Pitting over the pathetic form I did take,
Death seems to be the only way out!
To escape the odds,
And end up in peace.
Limping with a broken heart
Is not always the answer to them...
Sometimes the inevitable
Always solves the misery!
