So this is what I've got
It's not what I would've thought
But I've got to admit it's not bad

I know the routine, things come and go
Sometimes I just wish the going was slow
But what's coming, I know it's got to be good

Part of life is growth and change
This changing feels so very strange
But something exciting is waiting for me

You take my hand, time to step out in faith
I'll be trusting You, I know with You I'm safe
And in my heart I desire to go wherever You lead
