Pulling The Trigger Poem by Silence Dogood

Pulling The Trigger

Rating: 5.0

High expectations.
I can never measure up.
Build up the pressure.
Cause im not good enough.

Beg for the love.
That you desperatly miss.
Look for the praise.
And her fallen glass kiss.

Be what they desire.
Lose everything you are.
Try to reach the top.
And be their shinning star.

Scream in your head.
How your stupid and dumb.
Insult yourself daily.
And pray it soon is done.

The beautiful snow princess.
Just never seems to care.
With her cold ice king.
It hardley seems your there.

So go pull the trigger.
Send a bullet through your heart.
Let go of the life.
And watch your body fall apart.

See yourself die.
Spread your wings and fly away.
Watch it all end.
And beg for a life without pain.

High expectations.
I can never measure up.
Build up the pressure.
Cause im not good enough.
