Putting All Your Eggs In One Basket Poem by Hebert Logerie

Putting All Your Eggs In One Basket

Never put all of your eggs in one basket
Never neglect your old allies or old friends
When the time comes, old hands
Are crucial for building a better nest or a net
Which can slow down your fall like a parachute
Gravity cannot be challenged, except in space
Think and be careful before you shoot
A special person may be in the wrong place
At the wrong time. Timing is everything
Friendship is essential in a relationship
Goats eat grass but are different from sheep
Who are docile, however, they cannot sing
Never put your eggs at the bottom of one basket
It is too easy to break them and to forget.
