Question 1 C Poem by Brandon Nothing

Question 1 C

Leaning towards unthinkable emotions
Try posting this on a graph
For you there is some solitude
But there seems to be no peace
Bad dreams of a poet
That reached for the dark side of the moon
The kindred stars are all homing in
Beyond the galaxies trying to finally gain some trust
We lost the direction long ago when we lived in phase
Archaic and unrealistic a failure of reality
I spoke out-loud in my brain
Then I kissed it good-night
You don’t know what you took from me
A varied life, cursing all their lives
Take the flag and make a stance
Waiting too long to make the march
Crushed by the end, the future was on the last train
I remove this venom from my soul today, today
You dig me a grave, but can’t you see
This stance is a picture in a great big world
Crisp times they seem to fade
When you taught me in the land of flames
I looked at your eyes
I once saw myself in the reflection
