Questions Poem by Liane Cydel Imperial

Questions

Another day opens its doors and windows to new life
And I am thankful for another journey yet to come
But as I wipe out all the worries that were made through time
Questions came ringing my mind.

Why is there another day,
when another face of challenge awaits me at the door?
Why do I face a new journey,
when suffering are on the way to hinder my success?

Why is there new life at hand,
when more scars are painted as the doors of today close?
Why are there pains and breaking,
when love has been found and even destiny is knocking?

Why do I seek for answers,
Is it because of my naturre?
Is it because of my culture?
Or because of the growth that I always want to achieve?
