"An Autumn's Eye&Quot; Poem by Beau Burkett

"An Autumn's Eye&Quot;

Rating: 4.3

Pale red clouds feathered on sky of blue
Dusk has created a tranquil hue

On the horizon glows a harvest moon
A sure sign that winter's coming soon

Twinkling stars reflect upon the lake
Still and silent, now in summer's wake

Awe inspiring is the Autumn's eve
So perfect only God could have conceived

Tall lofty pines silhouette the sky
God hat painted this picture on high

THE PERFECT END
TO A HARD FOUGHT DAY!

A beautiful tranquil poem that expresses the joy of relaxing after a hard day... enjoying what nature has to offer, without noise, chaos and stress. Please feel free to read my poems and comment if you would like. X
