'Racism Poem by David Cleveland

'Racism

Because I'm white, you hate me.
But there's more to me than what you see.
The Government keeps us divided.
Because they lose power if we agree.

Because you're black, I hate you.
I blame this on everything you do.
The Government keeps us divided.
Using hatred against me and you.

You can't stop racism. The media keeps us divided.
They use the news against us, making it one-sided.
Black or white were all the same.
When we hate each other, we both feel the pain.
