Rain Poem by Masila Justus

Rain

Rating: 2.5

Advent of the rain season
A sweet warm breeze sweeps across the land.
A slow moving drop of rain falls on my hand.
The calves in a jovial mood brace on a race.
Another oppoturnity for a sprouting chance.
A renewed life breath to all sauna and flora.
Action time for men and women of honour.
To arest hunger pangs all over the nation.
True to loyalty of the land and recreation.
The future truely belongs to the brave.
For their heroism speaks from the grave.
Our fore fathers who masterminded the art.
Forever they will be in our heart.
