Raindrops
A drop of rain on the window pane,
Rolls,
Flashing a medley of colours bright,
Trails,
Leaving a fading trace of its lonely path,
Melts,
Telling us this is the story of life.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
It had just rained and the aroma of fresh rain on the parched ground slowly wafted through. As I watched the drops fall, I saw each one stream down the pane tracing a path into oblivion as it merged with the torrent below. And so I was inspired to write this......Thank you for reading it.
