Random Thoughts: Sleep - Poem by Raniyal Niyada

Slipping through those tiny gaps
into a realm of dreams and innocence!
Into those bliss i slip
Like i had done so very often
to wake up to something magnificent!

Wrapped tight in the arms of memories,
i slip into sleep
a bubble of bliss encircle me...
my eyelids close
He is all that dominates my thoughts...
lips curves in smile, involuntarily...
And then the dreams kiss me good night...

A paralysis crosses over me...
My limbs go numb...
My eye lids, flutter in the wind...
crux of things becoming a halo...
thoughts, a feeble whisper, around...
facilitating the wings of consciousnesses
to retreat for a while...
here i moves to a deeper stand...
Of subconsciousness...
