Rape (I) Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Rape (I)

Rating: 4.0

You want my love
Got to ask my permission
if i don't consent
Respect my decision

hands, unfamiliar to me
travels my body
feeling awkwardly
you know no boundaries

I suffered humiliation
Within that gruesome moment
my Broken spirit faced annihilation
all for your enjoyment

what gives you the right,
The right to take advantage of me?
I felt you that night
As I'd lie asleep and unfortunately
I'd awake to the horror
of your reign of terror
