Rats In A cage Poem by Cody Napier

Rats In A cage

We're rats in a cage
Running on our wheels just so
Busy, we have to stay busy
The wheels must turn round and round
Ask not why we do it, question never
Just run and run and run around
The wheel's not that fun anymore
Why do I do this, one asks
Cheese, yes, of course, I need cheese
And the water, it's there everyday
