Ray Poem by Bambina Chatterjee

As the Ray of sun shines upon and spreads its glazing look
The rim of it makes me talk and express my feeling in my book
Oh how joyful I feel when I experience the presence of the Ray
It holds my very being and asks me how strongly you want me to stay

I look at it and say…. You are the Ray which lights up my life
And now that you took all what it means to come all the way
Stay please stay forever as long as you want to stay
I let it to you as you are the Ray and you also know your stay means what to me.

I love to gaze at you.. You spark my eyes with your smooth thro light
It touches my being and makes me feel and say… Ray you are my Ray please stay
I always feel your presence even in a dark cloudy sky…
As you are the Ray who brightens up my day

May be you have a lot of admirers like me…
But I am sure you are proud to know that you are always admired by me…
You remain in my presence; no matter you don't show thro yourself…
But deep within me I know you Ray are right there and that's for sure it makes me smile…

I ponder and ponder and think what is that amazing in you,
That the very sight of you makes me glow, then I know that yes,
You are the Ray who spark me and have made me the see the world
With great sympathy as you are so harmonious and gentle…

Even the sunlight you make it clam and gentle to give me what I could take….
