Asceticism is not alone to exist
Wearing saffron cloth and to subsist
Far away from people enfold, impart
Being away from all human comfort

Lord Sri Krishna speaks the real asceticism behold
Self-denial in the body, with the adoration of Lord,
Brahmins, spiritual master, superior
Parents, stick to hygiene interior and exterior

Non -violence is of the body to pursue
The austerity of speech, speaking truth accrue
Beneficial, to one and all, and unoffending,
Regular Vedas study mode amending

Serenity, simplicity, gravity, self-control
And purity of thought is of mind trail enroll
These threefold austerities of aim with deism
Not only satisfies the self but pleases lord extreme
