Look at one moment through the heart and eyes of a child
Exercise a little
Get a little bit of sun
Attempt something new
Don't be hasty in the judgement of others
Attempt something worthy
Put a little more of yourself in your work and play
Do something funny or foolish
Share with one you love
Dream without limits
Let go a little from your sadness or pain
Thank God for the nice day
Be humble
Repeat as often as possible
