Lounging within the cool
Warmth of noon

Gracefully you assauge
The delta blues

With enduring and effortless
Enthusiasm
You're drifting like the longing
Evening
Out of all rigidness

Unwound tambourines
Jingle and peel
Through the din

Firm winds splay like tribute
All the magnanimous pines hymn

Lounging you beam
A sensuous fervent halo
Girdles thee with
relieving bliss

For thee the distance is never
All that remote at all

The stars dream upon thy lap
Like gardens

Etherealness of olives
Brush away the restlessness

Like an ocean sighing
With Radiance
You ease into scintillation

Steadying rhythms
Uncusp the strains
