Relaxing Memories Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Relaxing Memories

Sky of gold, no stars at night,
Sun stays up, a gentle light.
Boat on water, calm and deep,
While most of the world, is
still asleep.

Mountains dark, a rugged line,
Sun on oars, yours and mine.
Water smooth, a glass so clear,
Golden sky, no shade to fear.

Dreams can wander, shadows play,
Old tales whisper, far away.
Line goes down, a silent splash,
Peaceful moment, in a flash.

No strong wind, no loud sound,
Just the sea and sky around.
Sea birds watch, with eyes so keen,
Nature's show, a peaceful scene.

Light is soft, it warms the land,
No real night, you understand.
Colors glow, a lovely sight,
Chasing shadows, all is bright.

Boat just floats, no need to row,
Midnight Sun shines red
and so,
Fishing, dreaming, all in one,
Beneath the everlasting sun.
