Reluctance Poem by David Boyce

Reluctance

Reluctance

You live your life with reluctance
As if you're living with a curse
But believe me you're not the only one
And there are a lot who do have worse

Patience is a virtue
Be relieved you're in good health
Don't beat yourself up inside
Because you're living without wealth

Remember life's for learning
Sometimes good things, sometimes bad
You need to have these learning's
Although they sometimes make you sad

When your life is over
Your soul will carry on
To come and learn another day
On the earth plain we're upon
