Remember the time,
When we sat on my bed.
Talked about time spent together,
As you stroked my head.

Remember the time,
When we stood under the stars.
I felt your presence.
You had healed all my scars.

Remember the time,
When we first met.
When you said you love me,
Everything went blank, you made me forget.

Remember the time,
Whenever we tried to meet.
Could not see each other,
But didn’t accept defeat.

Remember the time,
When you held my hand.
Can’t describe how it felt.
You took me to a beautiful land.

Remember the time,
When you first heard my cries.
You wanted to hold me close,
Wanted to dry my eyes.

Remember the time,
When we talked throughout the night.
Saw the sun’s first ray.
Saw the first bird’s first flight.

BUT remember the time,
When we last talked.
Remember the time,
When I watched you as away you walked…
