Request
I look to those around me,
Whom I may or may not know- no matter.
And silently, I observe-
Seeing their actions, their reactions,
To life's little successes and failures.
And as I observe, I make a request.
I mentally reach out to lives around me,
Asking them to inspire me.
For, in the silence of my own mind,
My heart can touch those around me,
And I may be
Inspired.
