Resolution Poem by Hugh Kilbride

Resolution

I woke up today with a resolution for Myself to yesterdays conversation between Us.It seems along My path towards finding My Bliss again in Life I've closed My eyes for longer than a moment since what I've seen and Affectionately come to know as 'My Sunshine' I should've realized that looking directly into the Sun can make a person blind. I now see how I've become lost deeper into thee unknown places I still have the Desires to find and know exist. My Resolution is to open My eyes and no longer try to find this place where Bliss exist on My own compass. I will no longer walk blindly searching. Nor will I ever be heard by anyone again howling at the moon like a lone wolf. I will stand My ground in the place where I've been standing all along with My Heart in My Hand, as if I were a hitchhiker with his thumb up in need of someone else who may also be going to where I want go.I am on My Way...
