You only ever have that one special friend
That teaches you to see yourself and the world as beautiful.
One way of looking at everything very carefully
To pick up on every last detail.
To make you feel on top of the world
When you feel so low and deserted.
To give a warm smile to the people you meet and
The biggest hug, with the softest touch
To the ones that you love.
To help guide me over the hurdles of life
To pick me up again if I fall.
To have always been there when I needed you most
In my moments of sheer darkness.
I am so glad I’ve known a person like you.
But I will join you one day when its time...
