Returns Poem by A A Umar Udubo

Returns

Rating: 5.0

And now I've come thus far
I must return to where it began:
I assumed the mantle of the ban
and now... innocence's crashed on the tar
the boat transporting my Histories
drifting upon vastness of this space
lusty on the mental feet and my face
never traversed the edge of trajectories
the voice I hear cascades...
breathed an echolalia of a past and present sage
it cusps this mutant age
budging in God's speed, dear comrades

A profound poem with great imagery and rhyme, poetically written.

It's actually an attempt to see right through the present state of being the days bygone while still maintaining the simple and complex situations one must past through in the process of growing into what we all are. Etc
