Revelation Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Revelation

A whispered word, on Patmos' shore,
John saw a King, forevermore.

Not just a past, a story told,
But Christ in power, brave and bold.

He reigns unseen, a gentle hand,
Across the sea, across the land.

Though shadows fall, and trials may sting,
His love, a bright and hopeful thing.

He'll come again, the sky ablaze,
To end the dark, begin new days.

A kingdom built, on love and grace,
A smile for all, in every place.

Some see the signs, a coming storm,
Some feel it near, a different form.

But we all can know, beyond all fear,
That Jesus wins, and wipes each tear.

Be strong in faith, though worries rise,
He holds the key, to paradise.
