Fidelity & allegiance
Deforms into fetters of servitude
Through the years of a reign.
Idealism seeks pyres,
Freedom is stifled,
The Love for the roots bathes deep in pain.
Humanity gets shackled
And eyes shed blood,
The rule becomes a game of mere loss & gain.
But when our whipped backs
Touch the wall,
And the savagery
Of the tyranny enthralls,
Our contused souls bite back in despair;
Our muted protests
Finds out the firm voice,
With our reformed cognition
The dark sky we emblazon,
‘Revolution’
A new world for our offspring we prepare.

You have given most of the really clear reasons of revolutions. You also have used good techniques of writing free verse. Great poem. I think there had been a good revolution in your mind before you wrote this.
