Rewind Poem by Zoe Allen

Rewind

Rating: 5.0

I would give anything
To go back in time
And change one thing
To make you mine
The day you had said
You would stop kissing me
Was the day I'd always dread
The thought of how I'd be
I can barely sleep at night
There's just too much on my mind
I don't want to see the sight
I may as well be blind
Wonderful memories burst in my head
Now they seem as if they're all dead
Playbacks of kissing you
Running through my mind
Knowing that in real life
I can't ever rewind
No more holding each other tight
No more saying 'I love you' at night
Non re-livable
Gone forever
Knowing in the future
You will kiss that whoever.
