Rewrite True Story Too Late Poem by Gunadi Widyanto

Rewrite True Story Too Late

If only you had realized, listen here, the story so true.
Wisdom you wish is so divine, still, left unspoken, yes.
It is never too late now, if you would, rewrite the story, no?

Blackbirds furl their wings, and wait a fate, decide right, would you?
Still you won't understand, ascend the birds to heaven then, yes.
If only you had realized, listen here, the story so true.

Must I decide to create, invigorate, and breathe a new vibrant clue?
Of course not! You have it all, but the wisdom, you wish, it is there, yes.
It is never too late now, if you would, rewrite the story, no?

Do you see what I see, what they see? Life they choose is so blue, but you?
Let the words be remembered, so they could remember you, yes.
If only you had realized, listen here, the story so true.

Must I show you? Those sobbing hands do what they won't do.
Kissing, smelling, and hugging root of all evil, you create, to live, yes?
It is never too late now, if you would, rewrite the story, no?

It's not too late, make a new end, would you?
Let the words be remembered, let the sights be remembered, yes.
If only you had realized, listen here, the story so true.
It is never too late now, if you would, rewrite the story, no? No way!
