Rhonda Slandered Poem by Phelps Frederic Pond, Jr.

Rhonda Slandered

Rating: 1.5

Nightly in the collar dream
her button broke
an ill-stitched seam meandering like spokes
the woman wheel one wagon-weaned

Just magistrates agree
her case once closed no doubt
lips beckon soap
it is decreed by me
by my authority

Authority authority
by me the Norse
or Thor

Indeed
