Ridler's 'for A Child Expected' Poem by Bill Grace

Ridler's 'for A Child Expected'

Strong poem with much wisdom buried in it.
Echoes of Kahlil Gibran.
Would hazard that the greatest poem in English on honor is
frost's 'stopping by woods' revealing how very hard
it can be to penetrate to the poet's core.
Feel every future parent should be required to read her.
Personal wounds in this area of course.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Could be grown into powerful classic piece.
