Rise & Shine
Watch the sunrise here today
Glistening on ripples in the bay
Shimmering with delicate power
Light the way I view a flower
A fresh new bud emerging
Spectacles of color swirling
Dew drops clime green blades
Escaping into a prism of shades
Drawing nearer to the skyline
Melting mist highlights the horizon
Lavender and fire bleed into blue
Opening the future fresh and new
