River Poem by Mousumi Bhowmik

River

Whatever I throw away
The river carries away everything

Hundreds of tears, sorrow
Flows away
Bank of river breaks by the strong current
The houses break down
The human spine is broken gradually

Then forgetting everything,
I dive into the river
with deep trust, deep faith,
and try to wash away all the sins.
