River - Poem by Amber Jones

Cry me a river
A river doused in
Pouring from your heart
And scars

Take my heart
Stab it with
Greedily watch my blood
From sorry wounds

Drink me in
Soak your soul in my
These words shall consume you by

Die my darling
Keep that willowed
Of mine
And take it with you to
