River Girl,2nd Edition, Flowers In Flames

RIVER GIRL
MATLOOB BOKHARI
COUNTRY: PAKISTAN
Pearly water of dream-like river was going on and on
Waves were dancing without wings
Birds hovering over fascinating water,
Were singing with sounds of river water
Here! I saw a girl bathing in full swing
Making splashes in the flow of water
Playing with water under the moon
Singing with river under the stars
As clear water was reflecting the moonbeams
So, her body was reflecting beauty of her soul
A joyful face, pink cheeks, rosy lips, romantic eyes
Gorgeous figure, tall height, black curly hairs
Such a beauty never had I seen before
Truly, my eyes, drowned in her beauty, wanted to see her again and again
When she smiled, her smile removed all my pains
Flowers were borrowing fragrance from her skin
Rippling water was singing in praise of her body
Glowing more beautiful than soft floating waterlily
Unknown to me, in a joyous mood, I call her River Girl
