*~~~riverside Sorrow~~~* Poem by Raju Baruah

*~~~riverside Sorrow~~~*

Rating: 2.9

I wear the colour of your wings
I wear the melody of your string

Stars are playing
Hide and seek
In your eyes
Dancing with your wave

I can't play with them
I can't touch them

The moon is laughing at me

The tall trees
The mystery bush
Spread their hand

I am beside you
Inhaling your countless creature of sound
And trying to hold the hour glass around.

The closing line emphasises the rest of the text. Nature as always is dominant in the emotion of the poet.

I loved it, sweet well chosen words, sensuous tone, great use of descriptive language, and a smooth flow of sensations, well done, Ro'ya
