Romantic Nights Before The Dawn Poem by krish Srinivasan

Romantic Nights Before The Dawn

The moonlit night and the subtle winds brushing through the trees
Remind me of our walks by those pathways holding the hands
Those amazing moments
That nubile closeness felt with the fragrance of your hair;
As the darkness of the star studded sky escapes
Your peck on my cheeks turns to romantic integration of lips,
Holding you closely and feeling you breathe…
The love just intensifies,
The promise to never leave each other is sealed,
As the romance conquers new levels,
Liquefied love fulfilled…
As the bodies also become one,
The night slowly tries to move out
For a new dawn,
Where seeds for a new sapling are sown
As your head rests on my chest
and my hands feel the rest;
the closeness is uncontrolled
and oneness exposed
With the first ray of the sun
That brightens this nubile integration!
