Romantic Nostalgia - Poem by Joe Catotal
I live my life through nostalgia and the false hopes of seeing her again.
My life isn't depressing;
rather it's sad with its small moments of joy.
Will things get better for me?
I wish I could guess.
I can only breathe the air that fate gives me.
I hope one day my false hopes will become reality,
so I can let life flow freely as the calm, beautiful lake.
