Rosie Poem by JJ Evendon

Rosie

Rating: 3.0

There are two birds on my table
one head cocked, inquisitive,
the other smiling.
Both know 'What the ground holds'.
Buddha sits quietly eyes closed
contemplating events of the past.
The smoke from a cigar heighten senses
that brings man closer to himself
